Bridges for Women - A charitable organization providing services to inspire women  (transgender and cisgender), non-binary, and two-spirit people, affected by trauma, violence or abuse to reclaim their lives and build financial security through healing, education and employment programs. Participating As a member of the Board of Directors and contributing to the HR Committee advising on policy development and HR strategy.

View Royal Community Association - Not-for-profit society based in the Town of View Royal. Elected as Chair of the Board and subsequently contracted as Executive Director to facilitate community engagement and connection through space rental, special events and programs.

Metropolitan Hospitality - Medium /Large hospitality operating company. Project work included; embedding with an in-person corporate accounting team, creating SOP’s for various operational activities, evaluating benefits programs, creating compensation structures, career progression and training plans and succession planning.

Whistler Blackcomb - Large hospitality resort owner operating in BC. Project work included; Embedding with local Executive and operations teams in corporate call centre based in Burnaby BC, Replacing Full time HR Management operations for 12 month parental leave, performance management, compensation analysis, benefits evaluation and administration, payroll approval, recruitment, acting as corporate ombudsman.

Alea Software - Midsized Gaming Software development company operating in BC and Costa Rica. Project work included; Embedding with local Executive, technical and operations teams, to provide full spectrum Senior HR Management and operations support, including: performance management, compensation analysis, benefits evaluation and administration, payroll approval, full lifecycle recruitment, and acting as the corporate ombudsman.

Sunvale Ltd - Small, offshore software development company operating in the Caribbean. Project work included; dissolving and resolving operations of a remote facility and negotiating severance while liaising with foreign legal advisors.

Raidskin Software - Small, design and software company operating in BC. Project work included; negotiating severance and terminations for BC based employees.

BAUCO - Midsized manufacturing company operating in BC. Project work included; embedding with in-person manufacturing and corporate teams. Full cycle HR Management & operations, recruiting, performance management, training, health & safety, terminations, and executive level strategic planning.

Playa Music - Independent record label and music education provider. Project work includes; project management, outsourcing to subcontractors, event bookings, personal appearances, curriculum development and delivery, music publishing and distribution.

Jump Analytics - Midsized remote based data collection and analytics company operating nationally in Canada. Project work included; Full creation of Employee Handbook and policy development liaising directly with executive team and founders and long term compensation modelling.

CDC Software/Pivotal CRM Division - Large corporate technology company, integrating a local acquisition in Vancouver, BC. Project work included; Embedding with local technical and business teams, culture assessment, employee engagement and full lifecycle recruiting.
